For a country a little bigger than Texas, Tanzania has a lot of big things in it.  Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain; Lake Victoria, Africa’s largest lake; and Lake Tanganyika, Africa’s deepest (and second largest) lake are all in Tanzania.

Tanzania has 6.513 billion m^³ (230 billion ft^³) of natural gas in reserve, but doesn’t use any of its reserves.  Tanzania produces just as much natural gas as it uses.
